When Hans Hess could not find the burger he dreamed of, he decided in 2002 to make his own, and by 2005 the first Elevation Burger opened in the United States. In 2009, TABCo discovered Elevation Burger’s innovative concept and its organically delicious burgers, and brought them to the region.

Quality Ingredients

Elevation Burger’s patties are made from beef that is 100% USDA-certified organic, 100% grass-fed, 100% free-range, ground on premises, and 100% halal — meaning the cattle are never given antibiotics and are free of pesticides and other chemicals. Because they are grass-fed rather than grain-fed like most cattle, the beef contains higher levels of healthy Omega-3 fatty acids and less saturated fat. The fries are always freshly cut and cooked in 100% heart-healthy olive oil.
