While I was adding an Instagram Image Ad in Meta Ads Manager and publishing it, I got the error:
”Ad uncoverable error: An error occurred while creating your ad. Please delete this ad and create a new one to resolve the issue. (#2446485)”
“This product cannot be tagged on Instagram Shopping”
“This product can’t be tagged on Instagram. Check your account settings and partner permissions and try again.”
The Solution is Very Simple!
- Click on “Carrousel”.
- Click on “Single image or video”.
- Wait for the ad to re-generate the image again.
- Voila! problem solved and you can now publish the ad.
